Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PoolSolutions Cypress Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our pool cleaning and maintenance services in Cypress, CA and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
PoolSolutions Cypress Pool Service offers professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services. We provide:
- Weekly and one-time pool cleaning services
- Green pool treatment and algae removal
- Pool filter cleaning and replacement
- Pool equipment repairs and maintenance
- Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
- Seasonal pool opening and closing services
- Professional pool inspection services
Service availability and specific offerings may vary based on your location and pool conditions.
Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a service with us, you are agreeing to provide access to your pool area during the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (657) 337-7864.
We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled window. If we need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to suspend services and may charge interest on overdue balances.
Cancellation Policy
For one-time services, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service contracts, you may cancel your service with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply if you cancel before the end of your contract term.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your pool area and ensure that any pets are secured during service visits. You are responsible for maintaining clear pathways to your pool equipment and ensuring that gates and access points are functional.
We take care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features that may be in the pool service area.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. However, we cannot guarantee specific water chemistry results due to factors beyond our control such as weather, pool usage, and equipment conditions.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We carry proper insurance and licensing as required by California state law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
